What is a Virtual Assistant?
A Virtual Assistant, or VA, is a Personal Assistant who provides professional support to small businesses and their owners. They do everything that an employed PA in an office can do but they work remotely.
Virtual Assistants are a cost-effective solution as you do not need to provide a working space or equipment and there are no employer costs such as running payroll, national insurance contributions, statutory payments or holiday pay to worry about.

Hiring a VA is a cost-effective way to get support in your business.
How do I pay you?
Payment is made by bank transfer. Package fees are invoiced monthly, in advance, on the 1st day of the month. Ad-hoc work is invoiced once the work has been completed. Project work will be invoiced as agreed when the scope of the project is confirmed.
Will I be tied into a contract?
At the start of our working relationship, you will be asked to sign a contract which details my terms of business. If you choose to terminate our agreement you can do so with one month's notice.
If you do not have a monthly package, you can request services as and when you need them, i will do my best to accomodate your needs.
There is a minimum charge of 1 hour.
What if I don't use all the hours in my monthly package or what if I need more?
Hours that are not used in the month will be rolled over to the following month to a maximum of 10% of the total package. The rolled over hours must be used in the second month, they will not keep rolling.
If you require additional hours in the month, please contact me and we can discuss your needs.
We will have regular review meetings where we can discuss any adjustments you may need to your package.
How do I send you work?
You can send me work by email, post or by hand if you are local, maybe we could meet up for a coffee and have a natter.
Any instructions given over the phone or face to face will need to be confirmed by email.
Any instructions provided via WhatsApp, SMS text or any other messaging service will also require email confirmation.
